Welcome

Welcome

Duchesses of Fayelica, the magnificent race that is the Weimaraner, why and how I came to this growing passion for this race overflowing with affection, why this affix...

It is in the South Finistère, there where waves and storms shape the coast giving this wild beauty to a coast with a thousand faces and a changing beauty according to the hours and seasons where one day I came across the look of a magnificent dog. A Weimaraner.

Being looking for sometime for a race which would suit me I discover every thing I was looking for in a dog : remarkable family dog, soft and reliable with children, the power and the need to let off steam and to go on long walks, intelligent, sociable, devoted and protective, everything I was looking  for...

I found a breeder with whom I echanged a lot who will become a friend and with who I buy my 1st Weimaraner :  Elica (BCBG).

This ball of fluff which I bring back is a love. A lot of affection of cuddles, adorable with my son, a firm education is necessary (as for all Weimaraners) but always smoothly.

Unluckily at 9 months old, a careless driver takes my beautiful Elica. No more noise, no more mischievousness, no more cuddles, it's too quiet,  too sad.

Two last months later I decide to get another Weimaraner and 2 months later a small grey puppy reappeares in my life : Faye Diamond BCBG and since it's alot of  happiness, without ever forgetting my beautiful Elica, why of course : FAYELICA

For duchesses it is simply a wink to our origins (English for me), a country where there are many dukes and DUCHESSES but also  the origins of weimaraners "created" by a duke : Duke Charles-Auguste of Weimar.
